What costs will CAI cover?
Flights are covered for employees only.
Accommodation is covered by CAI for family members and employees for the duration of the event 26th -28th Jan.
Accommodation outside of those dates is paid by the employee on arrival at a discounted rate.
Friday/Saturday night meals for employees & guests is covered by CAI.
Daily tea breaks/lunch for employees only is covered.
What travel costs will CAI cover?
Travel related to the event will be reimbursed via our usual expense reporting processes. See Pro-7.
Is baggage cost covered?
Total flight cost, including all necessary baggage, is covered for employees.
When are we be reimbursed for our flight costs?
Similarly to our standard expenses, all receipts submitted before Tuesday at 5pm are reimbursed by the following Wednesday.
Can I come with guests? If yes, how many?
Yes, up to 5.
Children included.
Can I come with friends or family members only?
CAI Connect Live is for CAI Employees and their immediate family/partners.
What type of room is available?
There is single occupancy, double occupancy, twin rooms, family rooms & accessible rooms available.
Can I book several rooms?
You can make a request for multiple rooms should you feel you need them. Rooms will be allocated based on booking size. Booking extra rooms may be limited by availability.
Can I book extra nights before / after the event? And how?
Yes. This will be at your own cost.

Remember to still complete your registration here. Your separate booking with the hotel does not equal confirmed registration for CAI Connect Live Europe.
Can my guests arrive later/earlier than me?
CAI are happy to provide guest accommodations for the CAI Connect Live Europe event so that they can accompany you to the Team & Family events.
Guests arriving or leaving outside of the event are not catered for within the covered costs.

Can I book transfers when I arrive in Brussels?
Transfers will be arranged. More information will follow as we approach the event.
How can I contact the bus driver if my flight is late?
You'll receive your transfers details and point of contact a few days before the event.
What is the agenda for the event?
Details of the event will be revealed later this year.

Are all meetings mandatory?
This will be clarified when we launch the agenda.

Is there a deadline to register for this event?
There is currently no set deadline for registration. However, you are encouraged to register and book flights as soon as possible to ensure you travel at your preferred time.
When a closing date for registration is set you will be notified.
Is attending CAI Connect Live 2024 mandatory?
All CAI employees in Europe are encouraged to prioritize attendance at this event where possible. Attendance for CAI employees who have been with the company for 2 years or less as of January 1st, 2024, is considered mandatory.
